Commercial ReceptionistFirst Security Bank MissoulaMissoula, MT, United StatesShare:ApplyAbout the Role Position serves as customer first-point-of contact at the Mullan Branch. Represents the bank in a professional manner when greeting customers and the general public on the phone and in person, ensuring that they are directed to someone who can provide them with assistance. Position performs clerical duties and provides administrative support to commercial loan assistants/lenders including scanning and duties associated with tracking of departmental loan files. Provides notary services as needed.POSITION DETAILS: Position is part-time working 32.5 hours/week; current shift is M-F 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (with 1/2 hour lunch).DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and assist customers and visitors who enter the branch; direct customers to the appropriate officer, staff personnel or department.
  • Receive and route all incoming calls appropriately. Take accurate messages and deliver in a timely manner. May schedule appointments for officers, using appropriate program.
  • May review and route incoming mail to appropriate personnel in the department, file mail that has been processed/reviewed, make address changes and route information to other departments.
  • Scan loan documents into system. May track documents to ensure the documents are received, filed and updated as necessary in the tickler system. May assist with quality control review of data entered in collateral tracking system by loan assistants.
  • Depending on location, may assist lenders/processors by scanning financials and loan documents and reviewing/researching insurance requests.
  • File loan documents, loan files, and correspondence including letters, memoranda, and various forms and reports.
  • Position performs notary duties as needed.About You QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Up to six months of similar or related experience.
    • A high school degree or GED is required. Must be able to obtain and maintain notary certification.KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY:

Must be able to work extended hours or travel off site whenever required or requested by management. Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance.
