our team members. Job Description We are seeking a skilled and
experienced power sports technician to join our team. The
successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing,
and maintaining ATVs, snowmobiles, and other power sports equipment
in our service center. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair
mechanical, electrical, and damage repair on various power sports
equipment such as ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, etc. Conduct
routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tune-ups, and
brake inspections. Keep accurate records of work performed, parts
used, and time spent on each job. Communicate effectively with
customers and service advisors to discuss necessary repairs and
recommendations. Uphold safety standards and follow all company
policies and procedures. Continuously update technical knowledge
through training and certifications Build positive relationships
with service advisors and team members. Perform other duties as
assigned. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend,
squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous
basis. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work outdoors in
various weather conditions. Ability to work in a fast-paced and

or equivalent (required) Prior experience as a power sports
technician or automotive technician (preferred) Knowledge of
mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Strong diagnostic and
problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Ability to
work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license
