Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding
opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) to support student communication development in a school
setting. This position is based in Lolo, MT, and involves some
travel between schools, providing variety and the chance to make a
meaningful impact across multiple learning environments. Key
Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and
communication disorders in school-aged children Develop and
implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students
unique needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and other
professionals to support students communication goals Maintain
accurate records and track progress over time Participate in
meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
Qualifications: Valid state licensure or certification in
Speech-Language Pathology Experience working with school-aged
children preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills to
work effectively with students, families, and school staff Ability
and willingness to travel between school sites within a designated
area Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning
