role of Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, design,
permitting, and construction management of civil engineering
projects related to water and wastewater infrastructure. Your
responsibilities will include: Creating plans, specifications, cost
estimates, and budgets for municipal and industrial water and
wastewater facilities. Employing engineering design software to
modify project designs and draft plans in accordance with
specifications. Leading engineering design projects from inception
to completion. Engaging with client board members and delivering
monthly progress updates. Monitoring construction activities and
providing on-site support and oversight. Handling construction
administration duties, including reviewing submittals and RFIs,
assessing progress payments, and ensuring compliance. Evaluating
water/wastewater facilities for adherence to local, state, and
federal regulations, and suggesting improvement options.
Interacting with community members, government representatives, and
stakeholders to communicate project objectives and gather feedback.

President/CEO Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil
engineering or construction engineering (or an equivalent
ABET-accredited program) At least 4 years of experience in civil
engineering design and construction; experience with
water/wastewater projects is preferred Background in task or
project management Engineer-In-Training (EIT) designation is
required Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred or must
be obtained post-hire Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification is preferred alongside engineering licensure
Proficiency in engineering design software such as Civil 3D or
similar tools Experience with hydraulic modeling software or
comparable applications Familiarity with engineering planning
studies Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
