Experienced Operations Manager Opportunity! Your main job will be hiring, onboarding, tracking and managing, training, and agent accountability and streamlining processes. Your #1 job is to grow the business, make agents happy, and increase per agent productivity.

The base pay for this job, is 40-50k. Additional income, is an annual bonus called revenue share for everyone you recruit to the team, you will be paid 1% of their overall production, typically 2000-3000 per agent, per year. There is huge potential here. We have stock options, real estate investments, health insurance, and benefits. We are the largest real estate team/platform in the United States and rivals the size of many franchises. It is a ground floor, and was just valued at over 1B dollars, pre-market. Responsibilities

• Hiring oversight
• Agent and admin accountability
• Agent and admin training and oversight
• Recruiting
• Systems refinement
• Culture analysis and improvement
• Creating consistency
• Setting up offices in other Montana cities, and recruiting to those Qualifications
  • 3 plus years of people managing (please do not apply if you have no experience, I cannot stress this enough)
  • Absolute positive attitude, you don't have to be the most social person, however, you must have zero issues with accountability conversations which will happen multiple times a week
  • You must be a problem solver, someone who seeks answers without being needy
  • You must have a thirst for training, be coachable, and ask questions. Be inquisitive
  • Trustworthy, and when it comes to gossip, you just refuse to do it.
  • Someone who is ready to kick some ass and just goes and does it. Compensation
