This unit is made up of caring individuals who put the patient's safety and concerns before themselves. This is very much a team-like atmosphere and it's an excellent opporntity to provide quality care to patients in an environment that fosters transparency, respect and partnership! RESPONSIBILITIES Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill and injured patient Administer medication as instructed by physicians Document observations, assessments, and changes in patient's condition Collaborate with team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes Provide a full range of nursing care to patients with a variety of physical and/or behavioral problems REQUIREMENTS 1+ year of nursing experience Nursing degree/diploma required. Must be willing to obtain a BSN within 3years of hire A RN with 20 years of RN experience will be exempt from the BSN requirement Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license (or ability to obtain) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire.Cross Country Search Job ID #NN-168825-03082023.About Cross Country Search
