Job Description:
DescriptionProvides oversight of Laboratory with a primary focus
on pre-analytic, and post analytic laboratory processes. These
include registration, ordering, phlebotomy, processing, and
sendouts of both inpatients and outpatients. Consults with
Administrative Director, Manager, Leads and the Medical Director
relative to pertinent issues.Required qualification:
- Bachelor's degree for CLS, Or
- Associate's degree for CLT.
- Montana Clinical Laboratory Scientist License Montana upon
hire
- 1 year Laboratory leadership
- 3 years Clinical Experience in a laboratory
- Effectively coaches and delivers constructive feedback
- Demonstrates problem solving skills
- Demonstrates a high commitment to qualityPreferred
