**This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $3000**Sign-on bonus eligibility: -Open to external applicates who have not been previously employed by CMC in the last rolling 9 months.Wages start at $17.50hr and increase with experience.This is a full time (0.8 - 1.0 Status), day shift Certified Nurse Assistant position in the RNU department.The Certified Nurse Assistant works as an integral part of the patient care team providing support and assistance to a wide variety of patients and families. Performs Phlebotomy tasks as required, and will be provided on the job training.Minimum Required: CNA license in state of Montana required. Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must have one (1) year of experience working in Acute Care setting as a CNA. Must obtain BLS Healthcare Provider within 90 days of hire. Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required.Preferred/Desired: Experience in medical terminology preferred. -Weekend Requirements: Every Third WeekendCMC is located on a 45-acre campus in Missoula, Montana.
