This is a full time (0.8 - 1.0 Status), day shift Registered Nurse position in the CPG Cardiology Clinic.The RN utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of patients. Provides expert care and education to patients in the clinical setting, acts as a patient advocate, leader, mentor and positive role model for assistive personnel. The RN is knowledgeable in clinical nursing procedures, disease processes, interventions and pharmacological agents.Minimum Required: Graduate of accredited School of Nursing. Licensed or eligible for Licensure in the state of Montana as a Registered Nurse required. Five (5) years of experience in an ambulatory outpatient setting. Current BLS upon hire, Healthcare Provider BLS within 3 months of hire. Proficiency in English, verbal and written communication. Computer skills required.Preferred / Desired: BSN, Current Healthcare Provider BLS, ACLS and experience working in Cardiology clinic preferred.On Call / Weekend Requirements:No.CMC is located on a 45-acre campus in Missoula, Montana.
