Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg team at Community Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to acute patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including medication management, wound care, and other interventions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.Requirements
  • Current state RN license
  • Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire
  • One (1) year of acute care experiencePreferred Qualifications
    • BSN preferred
