Job DescriptionSign-On Bonus: External applicants eligible for
up to $16,000.00 with a two (2) year commitment to that
role.Sign-On Bonus Eligibility: Open to external applicants who
have not been previously employed by CMC in the last rolling 9
months.This is a full time (0.6 - 0.8), day shift Registered Nurse
position in the PAT department.The RN utilizes the nursing process
in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing
care of patients from admission to the department through discharge
or transfer. Provides expert care and education to patients in the
clinical setting, acts as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor
for assistive personnel. The RN is knowledgeable in clinical
nursing procedures, disease processes, interventions, and
pharmacological agents. Manages patient loads in assigned
timelines.Minimum Required:
- RN License required.
- BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire.
- Three (3) years of previous experience in outpatient surgery
setting or surgeon office setting.
- Must have recent hospital experience and/or previous nursing
practice experience required within the last two (2) years.
- Proficiency in English, verbal and written communication
skills, and computer skills required. Preferred/Desired:
- BSN Preferred.
- Prefer CAPA certification.
- Prefer experience in outpatient surgery setting or surgeon
office setting.

Computer skills required.Weekend Requirements: No Call/Weekends
