Overview: -
by working with other members of an interdisciplinary team to
formulate
treatment plansParticipating in community outreach, patient
education,
and prevention programsMaintaining patient files, encountering
information,
correspondence, clinical data, and other information in a
confidential and
careful mannerExamining the health of a patient to help make
proper
diagnoses of clinical conditions and prescribing medication,
treatments, and
follow-up care as requiredEducating, advising, and empowering
patients on preventive

programsRecording and properly filing all patient documentation
