A hospital in Montana is seeking a skilled Internal Medicine Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment. Starting on 07/07/2025, this role requires working Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with primary care and internal medicine cases. Responsibilities and Duties: --- Provide primary care and internal medicine services to adult patients--- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions--- Perform comprehensive physical examinations--- Develop and implement treatment plans--- Order and interpret diagnostic tests--- Prescribe medications and therapies as needed--- Utilize Epic electronic health record system--- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care--- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records--- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures--- Provide patient education on preventive care and disease management--- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
