We're Hiring: Behavioral Therapist *Sign on Bonus*



Location: Winds of Change - Pay: Salary $49,920 -$62,400 annually; based on experience and licensure.

Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental Insurance - PTO - Paid Education Courses- Paid Supervision for those with candidacy license (Save up to $7,800 per year in supervisor fees) - Cell Phone Reimbursement

Sign On Bonus:--A $1,000 sign-on bonus will be paid out in two installments: $500 after 6 months of employment and $500 after 12 months of employment.

What You'll Do:

As a Behavioral Therapist, you'll play a key role in helping individuals navigate their mental health journey. Your responsibilities will include:



--- Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating individualized treatment plans
--- Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions
--- Collaborating on treatment and discharge planning
--- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
--- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patient success

Responsibilities:

--- Gain insight into a person's needs and devise a plan of action tailored to their specific situation based on behavior modification needs
--- Complete patient-related documentation and communicate relevant clinical information to both the patient, referring provider, and treatment team
--- Incorporate treatment team input to design plans based on the patients' values, objectives, and health, while ensuring that support structures are easily accessible
--- Utilize evidence-based methods to provide group and individual treatment to patients and families
--- Complete weekly or biweekly telephone wellness checks to inquire about patients' mental health and compliance with medication use


Qualifications:

--- Must have 1-3 years of behavioral health experience in a clinical setting
--- High school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or equivalent
--- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills
--- Licensure in the state you reside as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or the equivalent is required
--- CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications are required
--- Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) license
--- SWLC (Social Worker Licensure) or PCLC (Professional Counselor Licensure Candidate) candidates are welcome to apply
--- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse patient populations
--- An analytical mindset with attention to detail in treatment planning and documentation
