Position Summary: 1YR/NO 1ST TIMERS - ER RN - Req 8650 Will position float between units: No Is on-call required? No Are weekends required? Yes every other Are block schedules required? Yes What are expected ratios? 1:1, 1:4 Special requirements: Currently have 2 caregivers out on FMLA, and we have 3 positions open. The leader and caregiver have been covering the three open positions, but with the extended FMLA, it is no longer sustainable, especially with additional coverage. Are 48 hours approved?
