Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency
Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required License: Valid RN
license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, NRP, PALS, TNCC,
ENPC Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Experience with
patient ratios of 1:1, 1:3, and 1:4 - Experience with charting
systems, specifically Epic - Travel experience required
Description: The Emergency Room Registered Nurse provides
high-quality care to patients in a critical access setting. This
position involves working with neonates, adolescents, infants,
adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The daily census averages
around 10 patients, with approximately 20 visits per day. The unit
consists of 7 rooms with a total of 22 beds. Nurses will be
expected to manage a variety of medical emergencies and patient
conditions. Key skills include managing acute psychosis, drug
overdoses, and various trauma cases. Additionally, nurses will
perform tasks involving central line care and IV medication
administration. Weekend shifts are required on a rotating basis.
Registered Nurses will not be required to float between units.
Compliance with facility policies and procedures is expected
throughout the duration of the contract. All candidates should be
