2025/n - End Date: March 16, 2026/n - Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00
PM - 7:00 AM), 3 shifts/week/n - Hours per Week: 36/n - Facility
Type: Critical Access Hospital, LDRP Unit/n - Patient Population:
Neonates, Infants, Adults/n - Charting System: Epic (preferred
experience)/n - Scrub Color: Any (OR scrubs provided)/n - Parking:
Free on-site parking/n /n/nLabor & Delivery RN Qualifications/n /n
- Current and active Montana or Compact Registered Nurse license
(required at time of application)/n - Minimum 2 years of recent
Labor & Delivery RN experience in a U.S. hospital/n -
Certifications: BLS, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required;
CLC (Certified Lactation Counselor) and STABLE preferred/n - Fetal
monitoring competency required/n - Experience with Epic electronic
medical records preferred/n - Ability to circulate for C-sections,
perform sterile vaginal exams, and triage obstetrical patients/n -
Willingness to float within the facility as needed (no patient
assignments outside L&D)/n - Two supervisory references
covering at least one year within the last three years/n /n/nLabor
& Delivery RN Responsibilities/n /n - Deliver comprehensive nursing
care to laboring mothers, newborns, and postpartum patients in a
LDRP setting/n - Circulate for C-sections and assist with obstetric
procedures/n - Perform triage of obstetrical patients and conduct
sterile vaginal exams/n - Monitor fetal well-being using advanced
and wireless fetal monitoring technology/n - Respond to obstetric
and neonatal emergencies; participate in rapid response teams/n -
Float to assist other hospital units when L&D census is low (no
patient assignments outside L&D)/n - Participate in weekend and
on-call rotations (every third to every other weekend; on-call max
once per pay period)/n - Collaborate with interdisciplinary
healthcare teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services,
Radiology, Pharmacy, and Social Services/n - Document all patient
