Job Description:
Description Performs all typical duties of a retail. mail order,
specialty pharmacy staff technician as defined by the Montana Board
of Pharmacy and local pharmacy drug outlet procedures. Fills
physician orders for patient medications under a Registered
Pharmacist's supervision. Communicate with and service the needs of
the Pharmacy clientele. Has advanced knowledge and skills in one or
more specialty areas in the pharmacy. (Advanced skills include
specific certifications such as immunization administration, MTM)

Pharmacy Technician License Or - Upon hire: Montana Pharmacy
Technician Temporary Practice Permit Or - Upon hire: Montana
Pharmacy Technician Provisional License - 1 year Experience (2080
hours) of pharmacy practice - 1 year Customer Service - 1 year For
internal promotion candidate must be competent in all
responsibilities of an Associate Pharmacy Technician: (external
candidates are required to have the equivalent experience)
