Job Description Family Medicine Residency Program Director - Corvallis, OR Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine Minimum 5 years of Medical Education and Leadership Experience Lead. Educate. Inspire.Overview:Seeking a Family Medicine Residency Program Director to lead a mission-driven, community-focused residency program in Corvallis, Oregon. This is a unique opportunity to shape future family physicians in a collaborative, academically rich environment.Position Highlights:Academic Responsibilities (0.7 FTE): Oversee all aspects of residency program administration and compliance with ACGME standards Collaborate with GME leadership and faculty on accreditation, curriculum, and scholarly activity Mentor residents and faculty, lead evaluations, and support continuous improvement Participate in recruitment, faculty development, and GME committeesClinical Responsibilities (0.3 FTE): Provide direct outpatient care (~10 hours/week, 30-minute appointments) Optional inpatient hospitalist work Supported by EPIC EMR and nurse triage teamQualifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine Minimum 5 years of medical education and leadership experience Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills Eligible to work in the U.S.Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with incentives CME allowance and relocation assistance Paid malpractice coverage Full suite of medical, dental, and retirement benefits
