Pediatric Surgery Opening in MontanaLocated in Missoula, MTFull-time, employed position Seeking BE/BC Position Details:Full-Time Role: 15 days per month or 183 days per yearComprehensive Care: 24/7 coverage for inpatient consultation, surgical management, outpatient clinics, and on-call supportCollaborative Environment: Work with a supportive community of pediatricians, pediatric subspecialists, and visiting specialists from Seattle ChildrensWell-Equipped Facility: 23 bed Level IIIB NICU, small PICU, and Level IV Trauma designationSpecialized Support: Pediatric anesthesiology available; NP support in the pediatric surgery officeTeaching Opportunities: Mentor University of Washington pediatric residents and local family practice residentsEngaging Practice Setting: Participate in a pediatric sedation program and collaborate with visiting pediatric urologists from Seattle ChildrensClinic Schedule:Monday through Friday, split with another pediatric surgeon (when on-call)1 block OR schedule per week with add-ons as needed15 days of hospital rounding per month (during on-call weeks)Recruitment Package may include:Base salary wRVU production incentiveCME allowanceSign-on bonusMedical debt assistanceRelocation allowanceHealth benefits Retirement planMarketing practice growth assistanceMissoula, MT, with a population of around 75,000 residents, is a vibrant city celebrated for its outdoor recreation and lively cultural scene.
