Specialty: Internal Medicine - Critical Care Medicine Start date: Aug 1 2022 End date: Ongoing Coverage type: Call Only Schedule: Coverage Needed: Critical Care Medicine Date: Call Coverage 8a-8a Aug 1st am to Aug 12th am Please list availabilty in the bid for the Aug dates. The site is open to 2 providers covering the block of dates. Must have an Active MT state license or able to obtain within a week. Clean Malpractice preferred for quick turnaround with credentialing. Please include all malpractice claims on bid presentations if pertaining to the provider. Board certified in Critical Care Medicine; residency trained but not board certified within 3 years of residency Internal medicine, critical care intensivist, consultation only Required Critical care procedures: Dialysis catheter placement, diagnostic and therapeutic taps lumbar puncture, paracentesis Required pulmonary procedures: Ventilation management (invasive and non-invasive), diagnostic bronchoscopy, chest tube insertion, central and arterial line insertion, thoracentesis 8 bed adult ICU with 5 bed PCU plus 4 overflow beds 24/7 call with minimum 4 hours patient rounding Hospitalists admit all patients Ancillary staff includes: 24/7 hospitalist team, cardiology, nephrology service line providers Transfer center coordinates all transfers from Western Montana to Eastern Idaho ACLS required Patients per shift:7 No of beds : 13 Notes: no certified System: Cerner
