Pediatric Surgery opening in Missoula, Montana Seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Surgeon to join our growing collaborative team. Full-Time: 15 days per month or 183 days per year Full-Spectrum Pediatric Surgical Care: Inpatient consultations, surgical management, outpatient clinics, and 24/7 on-call coverage Collaborative Environment: Work with a supportive community of pediatricians, pediatric subspecialists, and visiting specialists from Seattle Children's Advanced Facility: 23 bed Level IIIB NICU, small PICU, and Level IV Trauma designation Specialized Support: Pediatric anesthesiology available; NP support in the pediatric surgery office Teaching Opportunities: Mentor University of Washington pediatric residents and local family practice residents Engaging Practice Setting: Participate in a pediatric sedation program and collaborate with visiting pediatric urologists from Seattle Childrens Clinic Schedule Monday - Friday, split with a second pediatric surgeon (on-call weeks) One dedicated block OR day per week (with add-ons as needed) 15 days of hospital rounding per month (during on-call weeks) Compensation & Recruitment Package Competitive base salary with wRVU-based production incentives Generous CME allowance Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Medical education debt support Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits Marketing and practice growth support Missoula, MT Nestled between Glacier and Yellowstone National Parks, Missoula is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts.
