The Endoscopy Technician is responsible for cleaning and decontamination of Endoscopy instruments and equipment. Responsible for the reassemble of instruments and storage of equipment. Responsible for the proper use of equipment cleaners and other related equipment. Must maintain a clean and safe workplace, keeping accurate records and maintaining forms. Will assist the physician with the Endoscopy procedure as needed. Must understand the equipment needed for Endoscopy. Will assist with posting of charges as assigned, be responsible with other team members for ensuring all supplies are charged for. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Successful completion of an orientation program. Preferred Qualifications: Montana Nursing Assistant Certification, AAS Surgical Tech Degree, EMT, or nursing student upon hire. Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
