Job Description:
An independent Level 3 Trauma, 25-bed critical access hospital
in Montana's Mountainous Western Slope is seeking a CRNA to join
their team. Practice medicine in one of the most picturesque

and provider group. This CRNA only group is eager and ready to
expand their autonomy driven mindset to oncoming providers.
Position • Independent practice - Recent Graduates welcome to
