Job Description Neonatologist Opportunity – Level III
NICULocation: Billings, Montana | Full-Time, permanent
positionPosition OverviewSeeking a board-certified or
board-eligible Neonatologist to join a dedicated and collaborative
neonatal care team in Montana. This is an excellent opportunity to
practice high-acuity medicine in a supportive environment while

livable small cities.Position Highlights 22-bed Level III NICU
(flex up to 26 beds) Collaborative team of 4 Neonatologists and 5
Neonatal Nurse Practitioners Full range of pediatric subspecialty
support including Maternal-Fetal Medicine, OBGYN, and PICU
Partnership with a regional children’s specialty network for
Neuro-NICU and cardiac surgical care Typical schedule: in-house 8
a.m.–6 p.m. with low-utilization unrestricted call after hours NNPs
on site 24/7 providing continuous coverage Approximately 125 shifts
per yearCompensation & Benefits Annual salary: $350,000 Signing
bonus: $25,000 Relocation assistance up to $20,000 Up to $100,000
in student loan repayment eligibility Comprehensive benefits

Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Board Certified
or Board Eligible in Neonatology Eligible for Montana medical
licensure BLS certification* Completion of ACGME-accredited
