Position Overview: Title: Travel Occupational Therapist Location: Near Deer Lodge, MT Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5x8s Shift: Day Shift Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Start Date: Within the next month Assignment Type: Travel Contract Job Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat residents to promote independence in activities of daily living (ADLs) Develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans for patients in a SNF setting Provide adaptive equipment training and home safety education Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and caregivers for comprehensive care Maintain thorough documentation and comply with facility policies and state/federal regulations Qualifications: Active Occupational Therapist license – Montana or compact eligible Minimum of 1 year of OT experience in a long-term care or SNF setting Strong understanding of geriatric rehab needs Proficiency in EMR systems preferred Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills Why Travel with Connected Health Care?
