Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Rehab RN for a 13-week travel
assignment in Missoula, Montana. As a member of our team, you'll

Qualifications: One year of recent experience as a Rehab RN Valid
RN license in compliance with state regulations Current BLS
certification (AHA/ARC) Preferred Qualifications: ACLS
certification NIHSS certification Other certifications and licenses
may be required for this position Summary: The Rehabilitation Nurse
(Rehab RN) provides comprehensive care to patients recovering from
injuries, surgeries, or illnesses that require rehabilitative
treatment. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing
assessments, implementing care plans, monitoring patient progress,
and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to help patients
regain optimal physical, functional, and emotional well-being. The
Rehab RN demonstrates advanced clinical skills, excellent
communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care and
safety. Essential Work Functions: Complete nursing assessment of
patients on the unit and documents appropriately into patient
records Prepare patients for surgery, including educating them
about procedures and post-operative care Coordinate and provide
holistic patient care, including mobility support, rehabilitation
exercises, and activities of daily living (ADLs), while ensuring
adherence to individualized care plans Monitor and evaluate
patients’ responses to therapeutic interventions, documenting
progress and communicating any deviations or concerns to the
interdisciplinary team Safely administer prescribed medications and
treatments ensuring proper documentation and compliance with safety
protocols Maintain a clean, organized environment and ensure rooms
are adequately stocked with necessary supplies and equipment to
support rehabilitation care Assist with safe patient transport to
and from therapy sessions, diagnostic procedures, or other care
areas as needed Perform other duties as assigned within the scope
of practice Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control
guidelines, and regulatory standards Required Essential Skills:
Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal
communication skills The ability to read, write, and communicate in
the English language Ability to read/comprehend written
instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC
skills Physical Abilities - Must be able to remain in a stationary
position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and
bend Interpersonal Skills - Must be able to work effectively with a
variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a
positive attitude and professionalism Technical/Motor Skills - Must
have the ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull,
and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using
department equipment Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope
with frequent contact with the general public and customers while
meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close
supervision occasionally, as well as working without assistance
from other personnel. Must be able to contend with irregular
activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to
detail Sensory - Must possess visual acuity and ability to
