Job Description:
Ambulatory Care RN - Outpatient Clinic at Providence Health and
Services summary: Registered Nurse providing comprehensive
ambulatory/outpatient care in a clinic setting, delivering
assessment, care coordination, patient education, and telehealth
encounters while collaborating with the healthcare team. Requires
RN degree, active state license, BLS certification, and ~18 months
clinical nursing experience. Position is full-time, on-site at
Providence outpatient clinic with standard benefits and
compensation range listed. Description The Journey Clinic RN
provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory
care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual
needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan.
This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing
process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all
aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and
telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. This role works in
collaboration with other members of the health care team. The
Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards
and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering
quality health care to patients. Actions will reflect the

qualifications: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing
school. Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing. Montana
Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS -
American Heart Association upon hire. 18 months professional
