RN Clinical Operations Manager - Cardiac Surgery at Providence
Health and Services summary: The RN Clinical Operations Manager -
Cardiac Surgery leads the Cardiac Surgery Service Line operations,
managing clinical quality, staff and unit performance while
reporting to the Senior Director. Requires a BSN, RN license in
Montana, BLS (ACLS preferred), several years of specialty
cardiac/ICU nursing experience and prior leadership experience.
Role is full-time, on-site at St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula,
focused on surgical/perioperative clinical care and quality
outcomes for cardiovascular patients. Description The Clinical
Manager Cardiac Surgery Service Line (CSL) is an active member of
the CSL leadership team. He/she reports directly to the Senior
Director Cardiac Service Line. Providence caregivers are not simply

Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Upon hire:
Montana Registered Nurse License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS
- American Heart Association 3 years Nursing experience in the
specialty of the unit (Cardiac, ICU, Neuro/ortho, L&D,
Med/Surg, Peds, etc.) 1 year Previous experience in a leadership
role. 1 year Must have a good understanding of quality outcome
measures specific to clinical Unit and be able to apply indicators
and quality outcomes to drive bedside practice. Preferred
qualifications: Master's Degree in Nursing Upon hire: Provider
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart
Association 3 years In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular nursing

for this position will be determined based upon relevant job

pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
