Clinical Manager, Cardiovascular Services (RN) at Providence
Health and Services summary: The Clinical Manager, Cardiovascular
Services (RN) leads the cardiac surgery service line team,
overseeing clinical operations, quality outcomes, and staff
leadership for cardiovascular nursing at Providence St. Patrick
Hospital. Requires a BSN, Montana RN license, BLS (ACLS preferred),
several years of specialty cardiovascular/ICU nursing experience
and prior leadership experience. Role is full-time, on-site, day
shift, focused on surgical/perioperative clinical care and
operational leadership within a large multi-state health system.
Description The Clinical Manager Cardiac Surgery Service Line (CSL)
is an active member of the CSL leadership team. He/she reports
directly to the Senior Director Cardiac Service Line. Providence

empower them. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Upon hire: Montana Registered Nurse License. Upon hire: National
Provider BLS - American Heart Association 3 years Nursing
experience in the specialty of the unit (Cardiac, ICU, Neuro/ortho,
L&D, Med/Surg, Peds, etc.) 1 year Previous experience in a
leadership role. 1 year Must have a good understanding of quality
outcome measures specific to clinical Unit and be able to apply
indicators and quality outcomes to drive bedside practice.
Preferred qualifications: Master's Degree in Nursing Upon hire:
Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American
Heart Association 3 years In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular
