Manager Surgical Services RN at Providence Health and Services summary: Clinical Manager for the Cardiac Surgery Service Line responsible for leading perioperative and surgical nursing staff, driving quality/outcomes, and coordinating clinical operations at a Providence hospital. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, RN licensure (MT), BLS, leadership experience, and cardiac/ICU perioperative background; ACLS and a master's are preferred. Full-time, on-site leadership role focused on clinical care, staffing, quality metrics, and patient-centered surgical services. Description The Clinical Manager Cardiac Surgery Service Line (CSL) is an active member of the CSL leadership team. He/she reports directly to the Senior Director Cardiac Service Line. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Upon hire: Montana Registered Nurse License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 3 years Nursing experience in the specialty of the unit (Cardiac, ICU, Neuro/ortho, L&D, Med/Surg, Peds, etc.) 1 year Previous experience in a leadership role. 1 year Must have a good understanding of quality outcome measures specific to clinical Unit and be able to apply indicators and quality outcomes to drive bedside practice. Preferred qualifications: Master's Degree in Nursing Upon hire: Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association 3 years In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular nursing experience Why Join Providence?
