Description The Clinical Manager Cardiac Surgery Service Line
(CSL) is an active member of the CSL leadership team. He/she
reports directly to the Senior Director Cardiac Service Line.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Upon hire: Montana Registered Nurse
License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association 3 years Nursing experience in the specialty of the unit
(Cardiac, ICU, Neuro/ortho, L&D, Med/Surg, Peds, etc.) 1 year
Previous experience in a leadership role. 1 year Must have a good
understanding of quality outcome measures specific to clinical Unit
and be able to apply indicators and quality outcomes to drive
bedside practice. Preferred qualifications: Master's Degree in
Nursing Upon hire: Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
(ACLS) - American Heart Association 3 years In-depth knowledge of

for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
