Medical Laboratory Technician at Providence Health and Services summary: Performs pre-analytic, analytic and post-analytic testing of blood and body fluids to support diagnosis and treatment, working independently or as part of a laboratory team under departmental supervision. Requires an Associate's degree in Medical Technology or related field, Montana Clinical Laboratory Technician/Scientist license upon hire, and about 2 years' medical technology experience. Full-time, on-site clinical laboratory role with multiple shifts, benefits, and wage range $22.88–$35.00 at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson, MT. Description Responsible for the pre-analytic, analytic and post analytic testing of blood and body fluids to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of disease. The employee will be responsible for the success of the team either as a team member or as a team leader. Involves general supervision by department leadership. Will perform other duties as assigned. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
