About the Role This is a hands-on staff pharmacist position focused on doing the work well: order entry, verification, and compounding oversight. We are open to part-time and/or full-time staffing configurations based on availability and fit. Key Responsibilities · Perform prescription order entry and verification · Provide pharmacist oversight for compounding activities · Collaborate with technicians to support efficient workflow · Ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance in dispensing · Communicate with prescribers as needed · Complete assigned work and ensure appropriate handoff Professional Expectations While this is a staff role , pharmacists at Evergreen are expected to practice with professional ownership. This includes: · Using judgment to manage workload and patient impact · Making reasonable attempts to troubleshoot issues related to assigned work before escalating · Providing thoughtful input when workflows or systems affect the ability to work safely and efficiently Formal management responsibilities are not required , but professional engagement and accountability are. Schedule Options · Part-time: 3 weekdays per week · Full-time: 4–5 weekdays per week · Pharmacy hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM · No evenings or weekends Final schedule structure will be determined based on operational needs and candidate availability.
