on. About this role: As a Physician in Palliative Care, you will
work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing
quality care and excellent patient experience. - Competitive
Compensation: $130,000, for .5 FTE Incentives: $12,500 starting
bonus, up to $10,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to
$50,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable). We are also
PSLF eligible! - You'll work with a supportive and collaborative
team of APPs during your shift. - You'll assist patients with goals
of care, symptom management, and more. - You'll have a flexible
schedule that prioritizes work/life balance. - You'll work with our
30 plus provider hospitalist group and experienced ICU team. The
hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center, a Certified Stroke Center, and
an accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. - EPIC EMR (system-wide).

What you’ll bring: - MD or DO degree from a fully accredited
medical or osteopathic school of medicine. - Residency trained in
Family Medicine or Hospice and Palliative Medicine - Board
certification or eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine -
Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to
obtain one. - Ability to successfully complete Intermountain

listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $7.25 -
