for a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our

high-quality, family-centered pediatric therapy that helps children
reach their fullest potential, both in our clinic and within the
community. We work with families of infants, children, and
adolescents, supporting them as they navigate developmental
milestones and challenges. Our goal is to build strong
relationships with our clients and their families, empowering them
to thrive at home, school, and in the community. This is a unique
opportunity to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in a
state-of-the-art pediatric clinic, where we treat children of all
ages (from birth through adolescence). We also provide therapy in
schools, daycares, and homes, giving you the chance to make a
difference in real-world environments. While we specialize in
pediatric care, there may also be opportunities to work with older

Family-Centered Care: Uphold our mission to provide therapy that
empowers families and supports the childs development in all areas
of life. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with our team of
Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Mental Health providers
to provide comprehensive care to children and families. Assess and
Treat: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment
plans to address motor skills, sensory processing, daily living
skills, and other developmental needs. Community-Based Therapy:
Deliver therapy services in a variety of settings, including homes,
daycares, schools, and other community environments. Ongoing
Support and Education: Educate families on effective strategies and
techniques for supporting their childs development, and create home
programs that reinforce therapy goals. Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain timely, accurate documentation of patient evaluations,
progress, and treatment plans in line with payer guidelines and
state regulations. Advocate for Clients: Participate in projects
and initiatives that support community education and advocacy for
childrens therapy services. What Were Looking For: Current Montana
Occupational Therapy License (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program CPR/First
Aid Certification (or willingness to complete within 90 days of
hire) Experience working with children, especially in play-based
therapy, is preferredbut we welcome new graduates who are
passionate about pediatrics! A commitment to collaboration and a
desire to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Reliability and
a positive attitude toward work and community involvement. Drivers
license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle for travel to various
