Combined hospitalist and daytime ER coverage role. No OB
responsibilities. 12-hour day shifts, seven days on, seven days off
schedule. Night coverage primarily handled by skilled physician
assistants. Manage an average inpatient census of about 4 patients
with low but meaningful ER volume. Modern facility with advanced
imaging, telemedicine support, and on-site labs. Supportive nursing
and interdisciplinary teams including CRNAs and surgeons.
