Job Description:
Description The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for
the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective
pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in
collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient‘s
medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Performs all
duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the

them. Required Qualifications: Bachelor‘s Degree Pharmacy Or PharmD
Pharmacy Upon hire: Montana Pharmacist License Board of Pharmacy
Preceptor License - when eligible and where applicable Upon hire:
Basic Life Support (BLS)- where applicable Preferred
Qualifications: Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or
equivalent experience. Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1

position. The successful candidate‘s placement on the wage range
for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
