Job Description Job Type – Full Time Schedule - Days; M-F Pay – $255,000 - $295,000 Patients Per Day – 16 - 18 EMR System - NextGen Work Location – Outpatient Job ID – 60473 Job Description A Missoula, Montana based client is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to serve as the lead for Nurse Practitioners over Great Falls, Missoula, and Billings clinics. An ideal candidate is a leader who works well in a collaborative environment and who practices evidence-based medicine. Required Qualifications Graduated from an accredited medical school with a MD or DO degree Current Montana medical license Completed an accredited residency program Current DEA certificate Board certified in Family/Internal Medicine 5 years of experience Current CPR certification Responsibilities Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results Perform therapeutic procedures and educate patients on their treatment plans Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to policy Serve as a supervisor for mid-level providers in Montana region There is a variable amount of time spent on administration and the position is flexible on travel between the sites About Provider Healthcare Provider Healthcare is a prominent healthcare recruitment firm that places highly qualified and skilled healthcare professionals in excellent employment opportunities across the country.
