Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and respond to any changes in patient status, documenting and reporting as necessary. Educate patients and their families on disease management, prevention, and post-hospital care. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Ensure continuity of care by communicating effectively with team members and other healthcare professionals. Strong clinical skills and ability to handle medical equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations Compassionate and patient-centered approach Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas or ability to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at start Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
