Position Summary: The Medical Laboratory Scientist analyzes a
variety of biological specimens and supports the daily operations
of a clinical laboratory. This role involves performing laboratory
testing, ensuring accuracy through quality control procedures, and
reporting results to physicians to assist in patient diagnosis and
treatment. Key Responsibilities: Perform testing and analysis on
biological specimens using laboratory equipment and established
procedures. Collect, process, and prepare samples for testing.
Ensure accuracy of results through quality control and proper
documentation. Report laboratory findings to physicians and
healthcare providers. Maintain laboratory equipment and follow
safety and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related
field required. Minimum 5 years of clinical laboratory experience
required. Experience in areas such as microbiology, chemistry,
hematology, immunology, transfusion medicine, toxicology, and
molecular diagnostics preferred. Strong analytical, communication,
and organizational skills with the ability to work independently in
