The OTR, with a physician referral, is authorized to treat patients in accordance with O.T. Practice Guidelines (as issued by the American Occupational Therapy Association). The O.T. will work in an interdisciplinary manner with other departments in order to provide quality care. Must demonstrate proficiency and proper utilization of the electronic medical record, including proper documentation.
