smallest and most vulnerable patients in a Level 3 NICU setting,
delivering specialized nursing expertise in a dynamic healthcare

setting. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to
neonates in the NICU, including monitoring vital signs,
administering medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary
teams Utilize advanced clinical skills to support critically ill
newborns and their families Participate in ongoing education and
training consistent with a teaching hospital environment Adhere to
protocols and standards consistent with Joint Commission
Accreditation and pediatric care excellence Collaborate with
transport services to facilitate safe patient transfers as
necessary Desired Experience and Qualifications: Active RN license
with NICU nursing experience required Proficiency in neonatal
critical care procedures and equipment Ability to work effectively
in a Level 3 NICU, supporting complex neonatal cases Strong
communication and teamwork skills in multidisciplinary healthcare
settings Experience within or willingness to adapt to a teaching
hospital environment Contract Details: Nursing opportunity
