Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An exciting
opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT)
to serve students across multiple school sites in Condon, Oregon.
This full-time, travel-based position spans the 2026-2027 school
year, from August 2026 through June 2027, working 8 hours per day,
Monday through Friday. The role supports students from kindergarten
through 12th grade, providing essential OT services tailored to
diverse developmental and educational needs. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy interventions and assessments to
students K-12 across several school sites Collaborate with
educators, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop
individualized education and therapy plans Travel between school
locations as required to provide comprehensive coverage and
consistent care Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and
student progress Support and potentially supervise Certified
Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) as part of the therapy team
Preferred Qualifications: Licensed and certified Occupational
Therapist or COTA with experience in school-based settings
Familiarity with teletherapy and home health OT practices is a plus
Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across various age groups,
from early childhood to adolescent Strong communication and
organizational skills to coordinate between multiple school sites
and stakeholders Willingness and ability to travel between
