Start Date: ASAP About the Position Seeking 1 Medical Director to
provide comprehensive clinical care in skilled nursing facilities
in Whitefish, Montana. The physician will serve as Medical Director
for assigned sites, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based patient
care, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary coordination
across facilities. Job Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive
medical care to SNF residents • Serve as Medical Director for
assigned facilities • Evaluate and examine patients regularly •
Order, interpret, and document diagnostic tests • Diagnose
conditions using evidence-based medicine • Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans • Prescribe medications and
therapies • Educate patients and families on treatment and
preventive care • Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed •
Manage medical supplies and clinical resources • Ensure accurate,
timely clinical documentation and record completion daily •
Maintain compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
Requirements • MD, DO, or MBBS – Required • Active Montana medical
license (or ability to obtain) • Board Certified / Board Eligible –
Preferred • Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or post-acute
care – Preferred • Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills •
