Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventative measures. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain patient documentation and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements. Implement patient interventions using evidence-based techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Expertise in creating and executing patient-centered care plans Proficiency with physical therapy equipment and techniques Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in physical therapy Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Utah CPR and BLS certification
