Full-time, Part-time Description The Arc Western Montana is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals to make a real difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. Whether you're starting your career or bringing caregiving experience from healthcare or elder care, this is meaningful, hands-on work. We’ll train you every step of the way. Now also recruiting for our very fun Day Services program. You'll be a great fit for Day Services if you've ever wanted to make day time dance parties, Friday movie days and visits to the Butterfly House part of your work week. Day Services is Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm. Position: Direct Support Professional Location: Group Homes around Missoula What we offer: Starting pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour $1.00 per hour overnight shift differential (11pm-7am) Paid training in CPR, First Aid, Mandt, and more Flexible schedules to fit your life, including full-time, part-time, and relief shifts Entry-level friendly. No experience needed. We hire motivated people with a strong work ethic, including high school graduates and those new to the field.
