Range: $15.00 to $18.00 Minimum Age: 18 Background Check Required:
No Driver Verification Required: No Position Summary : Crow's Bench
is Schweitzer's Premier restaurant. Centered around alpine cuisine,
where we make our food from scratch. Position is Line Cook (Commis
Chef), where you'll be responsible for executing a specific or
multiple line stations during service hours. If you have a passion
for global cuisine and a love for learning, this is the job for
you. Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities : Prepare
ingredients by chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing
sauces. Ensures all prep is done according to recipes and portion
standards. Work in close liaison with chef. Cooking and Assembling
Dishes - Cooks menu items in cooperation with the rest of the
kitchen staff. Assembles dishes with attention to presentation and
quality. Maintains a clean and organized workstation. Follows
sanitation and safety procedures to ensure a hygienic kitchen
environment. Must be willing to work with both the Back of House
and Front of House teams. Secondary Responsibilities : Must become
knowledgeable of Schweitzer Mountain Resort facilities & services

License/Certifications - Idaho Food Safety Certification is
preferred Technical - Knife Skills Knife Sharpening/Upkeep
Sauteing, Searing, Grilling, Braising, Frying, Roasting Reducing,
Simmering Open Flame Cooking, Sou Vide Proper/Safe Food Storage,
Temperature Control, Proper/Safe Reheating Brines, Pickling The 5
Mother Sauces Physical Capabilities - Ability to stand and walk for
up to 8 hours per shift. Will lift up to 25lbs frequently, up to
50lbs occasionally. Exposed to fumes, odors, mechanical and burn
hazards. Additional - None Education/Related Experience : Minimum
education required - None Minimum time in a related position -
Previous Line Cooking experience required Equipment and
Safety/Protective Equipment Used : Non-Slip Shoes are Required
