team members alike. Position: The Assistant Activities Manager at
Paws Up Montana assists in planning, organizing, and running the
activity program. They ensure that activities and guides meet
department standards and collaborate with the Wilderness Outpost
leadership team to ensure the department's success. The role of
Assistant Activities Manager is a highly responsible and demanding
position, ideal for individuals with demonstrated expertise in
leadership, communication, time management, scheduling, conflict
resolution, safety, and organizational skills. This fast-paced work
environment requires the candidate to be adaptable to last-minute

Employee Lunch Provided Primary Responsibilities: Instill trust
with our guests, employees and community Value our people and their
future through training and development opportunities Provide world
class service through unique guest experiences. Engage and listen
to team members and guests Plan and anticipate guest needs and
staffing levels to assist with the daily and weekly scheduling of
activities team. Work closely with the Activities leadership team
to provide open and thoughtful communication. Achieve departmental
goals by being smart with our resources Work with the Activities
leadership team and guide team to always improve. Be a decisive
team leader, offer experience developing, and motivating team
members, and assist in providing effective training programs.
Create and maintain an environment that addresses the personal and
professional needs of all team members through the standards and
values of Paws Up. Ensure activities team members are in keeping
with the performance factors as established in respective job
descriptions. Including attendance, teamwork, initiative,
productivity, etc. Bes smart with our recourses in assisting with
the vehicle and equipment maintenance and care schedules. Act as
one team in working with our guest experience coordinators and
other departments. Take responsibility as manager on duty when
activities leadership team is unavailable Supportive Functions and
Responsibilities: Always display hospitality and professionalism to
guests and team members. Represent Paws Up Montana professionally
and ensure that all interactions with guests are conducted legally,
ethically, and confidentially. Maintain a favorable working
relationship with all Resort team members to foster and promote a
positive working environment. Dress with pride - always maintaining
a clean, professional and neat appearance. Perform work in a safe
and high-quality manner. Looking for team members with: College
Degree or educational equivalent preferred Applicable leadership
experience Valid State Driver’s License Minimum of first aid
certification (advanced EMS or wilderness variant preferred) Have a
vast array of knowledge about activities offered at Paws Up
Experience in hospitality or recreational operations preferred
Experience with firearms, boating, or kids camp strongly preferred
