Job Description:
Join a collegial and stable group of 5 experienced
Hematologists/ Oncologists and 2 APPs at a 150-bed non-profit
community hospital steps away from Montana‘s Rockies, arguably the
most breathtaking region in the state. Practice where the outdoors
are footsteps away in your backyard, enjoying all 4 seasons, a
slower pace of life, and not sitting in traffic for hours on end.
Position Details: • M-F outpatient focused, inpatient census is
low, about 2-4 • Current oncologists are excited to welcome a 6th
partner to the team • Nicely varied case mix with a good balance of
hem/ onc • The hospital has two infusion sites on campus •
Opportunity to customize a niche area of expertise if interested •
J1 Visa Available Compensation: • Base Salary is $670,000K plus w/
wRVU Bonus Incentive, income potential is $850,000K • 6 Weeks PTO •
$35,000 Annual Quality Bonus • $50,000 Sign On Bonus • Full
